Homeowners' Association

Ownership of a townhome automatically includes a membership in a homeowners' association. Oakmonte Townhomes Homeowners' Association, Inc. is responsible for coordinating the smooth operation of life at the community. A monthly fee of $170 covers:

All Exterior maintenance
Maintenance of roads and driveways
Landscaping and yard care
Snow removal
Refuse collection
Master fire, casualty and liability insurance
Reserve fund

The Oakmonte Townhomes HOA Board of Directors will ultimately be comprised of Oakmonte Townhomes residents and contracts with a third party property management company for day-to-day maintenance and operations. Please see Prospectus for further details.
